About This Project
The homeowner in Gwelup contacted us after experiencing issues with their garage door alignment and overall performance. The door was not travelling smoothly, indicating underlying imbalance within the lifting system and structural components.
During the inspection, our technician identified that the door had shifted out of alignment, placing strain on the cables and hinges. A damaged hinge was also contributing to instability between the panels, affecting the door’s ability to move evenly along the tracks.
To restore proper function, we carried out a full realignment of the door system and replaced the lift cables to ensure balanced and controlled movement. A steel-lined hinge was installed to reinforce the panel connection and improve structural stability.
Due to ongoing performance concerns and to provide reliable automation, we also supplied and installed a Superlift 1200N motor with WiFi capability, allowing for smooth operation and convenient remote access.
A full door service was included at no additional cost to optimise the system, ensuring all components were lubricated, adjusted, and operating correctly.
Following completion, the system was tested through multiple cycles to confirm smooth travel, correct alignment, and reliable performance.
The result was a fully realigned and upgraded garage door system, delivering stable operation, improved control, and long-term reliability.

Josh did an amazing job! Very punctual and stayed until 9pm to make sure everything was working perfectly. Changes cables, motor and chain which snapped and also serviced my garage door to ensure all nuts and bolts were tight. Did many test runs and even sync all my controllers.
