The problem

This included installing a pair of brown torsion springs, replacing the lift cables, and fitting a new pair of drums to ensure proper cable tracking and balanced load distribution. Once the new components were installed, the door was rebalanced, tensioned, and tested through multiple cycles to confirm consistent, controlled movement and reliable day-to-day performance.
