About This Project

The owner of a modern home in Canning Vale contacted us after the tenant reported that the garage door had begun operating intermittently. The door had slowed significantly and, on one occasion, had to be closed manually – clear signs that the system was struggling and that several components were nearing the end of their lifespan.
