Cyber Real Estate engaged us to attend a residential property in Treeby after structural concerns were identified within the garage door system. With no one home at the time of service, access was coordinated efficiently, allowing our technician to complete the works within the scheduled window.
Upon inspection, the door was found to require reinforcement and cable replacement to restore safe and stable operation. The existing wind strut had compromised structural support across the door panel, and the lift cables were showing wear, affecting overall balance and load distribution.
We supplied and installed a new wind strut to reinforce the structural integrity of the door, reducing panel flex and improving durability under regular operation. The cable system was also replaced to ensure correct tensioning and smooth, controlled lifting performance.
Following installation, the system was recalibrated and tested to confirm safe alignment and reliable movement.
