About this Project
The homeowner in Willetton contacted us after their garage door automation system stopped operating reliably. We had previously attended the property for servicing and cable work; the current issue was outside of the warranty period and unrelated to the earlier service.
During the inspection, our technician found that the existing motor was no longer functioning properly and could not operate the door consistently. A faulty or ageing motor can lead to unreliable opening and closing cycles, making the door inconvenient and potentially unsafe to use.
To restore reliable automation, we supplied and installed a new Jaytech 1200N motor, providing strong lifting capacity and smooth performance suited to the door’s requirements. In addition, a new Jaytech remote was supplied and programmed to ensure the homeowner had full control of the system.
Once installed, the motor was calibrated and tested through multiple cycles to confirm correct limit settings, smooth travel, and safe operation.
The result was a fully restored automation system with improved reliability and convenient remote operation for the homeowner.
