About This Project
Taco Bell Midland contacted Slide & Glide Garage Doors after one of their commercial roller doors came off its tracks and became unsafe to operate. As the door was used regularly for daily business operations, the priority was to restore safe functionality quickly and minimise disruption to staff and site access.
Our technician visited the site and conducted a full inspection of the roller door system. Upon assessment, it was identified that the door had become misaligned in its tracks, affecting its movement and straining the operating components.
We carefully repositioned and realigned the roller door back into its correct operating position, followed by a full service of the system. This included lubricating moving parts, making operational adjustments, and conducting safety testing to ensure the door could be used reliably for day-to-day operations.
Following the repair and service, the door was restored to a safe working condition and was operating smoothly again. The client was advised on the importance of ongoing servicing and preventative maintenance to reduce the likelihood of future alignment issues and operational wear.
