About This Project
The client in Forrestdale engaged us to upgrade their industrial door system and ensure both doors on site were operating reliably for daily use. In commercial environments, consistent door performance is critical to maintaining workflow efficiency, site access, and safety.
Upon assessment, it was determined that the existing motor system required upgrading to handle the operational demands of the site. We supplied and installed a Grifco LR Drive motor, a heavy-duty solution designed specifically for industrial applications, offering strong lifting capacity and dependable performance.
In addition to the motor upgrade, both doors underwent full servicing to optimise their mechanical condition. Regular servicing is essential in high-use environments, helping to reduce wear, prevent unexpected breakdowns, and extend the lifespan of the system.
Following installation and servicing, both doors were tested to ensure smooth operation, correct alignment, and reliable performance under load.
